File format for expression data

The data file must be in a Comma Separated Value File format; with each field separated by a comma (","). Values in the first row are assumed to be column labels and will not be used in the analysis. The second column, which is optional, should contain expression values of the corresponding probes.

An example of a data file from an Illumina BeadChip array is shown below:
